Just a quick note to thank you and Luigi for the wonderful new floors.
Your Uncle did a really great job and I was so impressed with the finishing touches to make sure it was done properly. He’s so skilled and just really easy to work with. Appreciate the professionalism, customer service, expertise and general friendliness… my dog Morty was offering some up close supervision and it was received with a smile 🙂 He even offered guidance with my general reno questions… I’m a bit of a house project whirling dervish lately – lol! Thank you for being awesome.

John and I want to thank you for the excellent customer service you and your staff have once again given us We have used your firm for past renovations (carpet, tiles etc) and when we decided to do renovations to our home you and your firm were naturally our first choice. We were most certainly not disappointed and look forward to working together when we do our next project.
Jim, we also want to extend our appreciation for getting in the cork flooring that we felt would look so good in our kitchen – and it does, we love it. Ben, the installer, is a real professional and took care of our appliances island and counter by covering all in plastic keeping them as free of dust as possible. He even made the transition strips from our hallway leading into the kitchen using some hardwood pieces that we had from our hallway. Ben apologized for the dust however this is just part of the job and we appreciated his care and consideration. Ben certainly went the extra mile in laying the cork floor around our fireplace, he actually cleaned away some concrete enabling the floor to be installed under the bricks.
Jim, we have recommended you and your firm in the past and they were also impressed with you and your firms’ excellent customer service. Needless to say we will continue to use your firm and/or recommend it.

Everyone’s been so helpful and patient with out initial decisions on what to choose and then with the issues that came up when it came time to install.
